When will my order arrive?
All of our products are dispatched within 3 business days but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may be delayed slightly. Most of our items shipped to United States via USPS/FedEx will take 7-30 days, as we ship from several different locations and select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping offered.

If by chance your item has not arrived within 30 business days please contact us at support@sunspellcreations.com so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order. Certain countries might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within the usual 30 days. 

Can I return an item if I'm unsatisfied?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. All items are eligible for a refund or product resend within 30 days of the purchase date if they are damaged or lost in transit. Please note that we might require a picture proof and any claims made after the allotted timeframe will not be accepted.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. After that, it will be dependent on the product's shipment status.
